Our Namesake
Robin Goodfellow, or as he's better know, Puck is the beloved fairy from Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Puck is always eager to upset expectation, reminding us that the impossible is only a few lines away. Goodfellow honors our namesake by reveling in the joy of surprise and delighting our audiences with the power of live theatre.

Coming this January of 2027, Goodfellow Theatre Company presents Shakespeare's beloved classic: Much Ado About Nothing!Much Ado About Nothing follows two drastically different couples: Our young lovers Hero and Claudia, and the ever bantering Benedick and Beatrice, as love is created, debated, even hated. Through humor, delightful trickery, and classic rom‑com chaos our vibrant cast of characters discovers what it means to be truly, and devastatingly in love. For better or for worse.This production aims to make Shakespeare accessible, clear, and joyful. Goodfellow's process is text‑focused and actor‑driven, emphasizing clarity of text, immediacy, and ensemble play. A minimal design approach towards set, costumes, and lighting, keeps the focus on the performers without sacrificing production value. By stripping away excess, the work invites audiences directly into the humor, heart, and humanity of the text.
